Chris Mechsner Chris is Ascendio's technology and strategic mastermind. He determines the direction and types of technologies the team pursues and adapts for our clients. He still puts his hands to the keyboard and is often the lead developer on projects.	Stephen Boudreau Stephen is Ascendio's strategic and creative visionary. He defines and manages both art direction and user experience for projects. He focusses on information architecture, user experience, process development and, of course, beautiful design.	Brett Tilford Brett is the smiling face of our team and the primary contact on all project work. Brett ensures that communication between teams is ongoing and transparent; that projects are on time and on budget; and that clients are happy.	Christan Myers-Russell Christan is a web developer that handles everything from design to programming. She fills in the gaps masterfully and takes care of details that make a project go from good to great. She is also our lead tester in the quality control process.
